Welcome to Haatha. By using our application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. User Account:

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information (Name, Phone Number, Address) during registration.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and activity of your account.

2. Orders & Cancellations:

• Orders are confirmed immediately upon submission. Cancellations are not permitted once the restaurant/store starts preparing the order or the courier is dispatched.

• Haatha reserves the right to cancel any order in case of invalid user details or unreachability.

3. "Pick & Drop" Service (Parcel Delivery):

• Carrying illegal items, hazardous/flammable materials, or large sums of cash is strictly prohibited.

• The user assumes full legal responsibility for the contents of the package being transported.

4. Pricing & Payments:

• Displayed prices include service charges, with delivery fees clearly shown before confirming the order.
